Shipping Policy

We offer a couple of delivery options to suit your budget and timescales. Orders will often be dispatched the next working day (Monday - Friday). 

Processing Time:

  • We ship orders the next working day after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will also be shipped the following business day.
  • Once shipped deliveries will be sent tracked by Royal Mail and should be with you within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday).

Shipping Rates:

  • Royal Mail 24hr Tracked - £4.50
  • Royal Mail 48hr Tracked - £3.50
  • Delivery is free for any orders over £25, these will automatically be sent by Royal Mail 48hr Tracked (if faster delivery is needed please get in touch prior to ordering and we'll do our best to accommodate).

International Shipping:

  • We do not ship internationally or to the EU due to current restrictions.

Shipping Partners:

  • We use trusted shipping carriers such as Royal Mail to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Tracking Your Order:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number within your dispatch confirmation email, so you can follow your package's journey.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

  • If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please reach out to us at howebridgecandles@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Returns and Exchanges:

  • We accept returns and exchanges on unused candles within 30 days of delivery. For full details, please refer to our Refund Policy.
